RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement via email.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging unless otherwise required by law.

The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces

Selected items are individually produced, adapted, or customized upon request.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore, made-to-order and personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

This exclusion does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or damaged goods.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where applicable, will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
