The shop includes both ready-to-ship items and made-to-order pieces.

Ready-to-ship items are in stock and will usually be dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment has been received.

Made-to-order items require an individual production process and are generally shipped within 7–14 business days before delivery.

We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

International shipping outside the European Union may be available on request only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times for non-EU countries will be communicated individually via email before order confirmation.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production workload, shipping carrier delays, customs processing, or force majeure circumstances.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable outside the European Union.
