1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through this online shop by consumers.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.

By placing an order through the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded once the order confirmation has been sent by email or the ordered goods have been shipped.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown in the online shop are final prices.

According to § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged due to the small business regulation.

Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

Payments are processed through the payment providers integrated into the website, such as PayPal or credit card providers.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all countries within the European Union.

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 business days after payment has been received.

Made-to-order items require individual production and are generally shipped within 7–14 business days before dispatch.

International shipping outside the European Union may be available on request.

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal for ready-to-ship items.

7. Made-to-Order and Personalized Items

Certain items are individually made to order or customized according to customer specifications.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are individually made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Once production has begun, made-to-order and personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective or damaged goods.

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of SOFIA AFRENIE until full payment has been received.

9. Liability for Defects

The statutory liability rights for defects apply.

10. Applicable Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
